CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

  • Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–09:30

  • (Breakfast is included in the stay.)

The Accommodation Rules of Hotel Resort Lovecká Bašta define the basic conditions of stay, the rights and obligations of guests, and the rules for the use of accommodation and common areas.

By staying at the resort, the guest confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the Accommodation Rules and agree to comply with them throughout their stay.

Cancellation Policy

Valid from August 1, 2024

  • Cancellation 10–8 days before arrival: 30% fee.

  • Cancellation 7–4 days before arrival: 50% fee.

  • Cancellation 3 days or less before arrival: 100% fee.

  • Shortening the length of stay follows the same cancellation conditions as a full cancellation.

In case of no-show without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the accommodation cost.

More information for groups (3 or more rooms)

  • After the reservation is created, a deposit of 50% of the accommodation price is required.

  • The remaining balance is payable on site upon arrival.

For group reservations:

  • Cancellation 21-11 days before arrival: 50% of the unoccupied (canceled) capacity.

  • Cancellation 10–0 days before arrival: 100% of the unoccupied (canceled) capacity.
